Our Education Director of the INSPECTA Training Academy and creator of the INSPECTA Onsite Report Writing System, John Wilkinson, is a Certified Master Inspector with nearly 3500 completed inspections. John has obtained many of the industries’ top certifications and is a 20+ year veteran of the Nashville Tennessee Real Estate Market. In addition to being a licensed home inspector, John has nearly a decade of experience as a Broker/Owner of a Real Estate Firm.  

 

Professionally, John has served his community in many roles over the past two decades. He has served as the Chairman of the Cannon County Republican Party, served four terms as the Chairman of the county’s Industrial Development Board, served as a county Planning Commissioner, and in 2022 became a recipient of the Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.  

 

John combines his years of real estate sales, inspection, and governmental planning/zoning experience to produce educational materials and courses that will launch an inspector’s career and potential.
